The Deanship of Student Affairs is concerned with student affairs outside the classroom and is responsible for extra-curricular activities to improve the student's physical, mental and behavior abilities by recommending and implementing programs and activities that help in absorbing the course materials in an active way. The activities involve around social, cultural, literary, sports activities as well as the scouts and people with special needs. These activities help the students to communicate and interact with their colleagues in other Saudi colleges and universities aim to build a balanced personality which helps the students in investing their free time in achieving academia and excellence.
Aim and build balanced personality of the students that allows them to provide extra time, academic achievement in achieving excellence. The Deanship forms cultural, social and athletic students committee in colleges to take over the management of these activities and supervise to encourage students and motivate them to engage in thesis activities of preparing college teams to compete with cultural, mathematical, moral as well as creatively. |

The Deanship construct courses in different areas and develops programs in reciting Qur'an and Hadith, courses in computer applications in English and Arabic language, calligraphy, poetry as well as special programs to develop innovative skills.
Origin:
The Deanship of Student Affairs at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences is based since 09/05/1427 AH on creating plans and programs to accommodate goals to achieve, provide capabilities and equipments to ensure and satisfy aspirations of the students and develop their tendencies and refining their skills.
The Deanship through the administrative give an important function with regards to guidance, counseling and sponsoring activities that stimulate the student to take gain of his time consequently, enhancing university plans aiming to achieve its nurture and educational goals thus confirming its legal personality as one of the most important. The Deanships of Student Affairs in King Saud bin Abdulaziz University is based on developing programs and activities with students' needs that coincide with the students' time and studies as well as with the quality of the academic studies in the University for Health Sciences.

The Deanship of Student Affairs provide academic environment and scientific education to achieve inclusive and integrated growth for the student in all aspects of scientific, psychological, behavioral and skills to produce excellent output in local level.
Mission:
Development and refinement of student skills in order to provide excellent scientific output that qualified for the needs of labor market and achieving quality level in job performance, participating in building and developing of the Kingdom.

Tasks:
Deanship of Student Affairs is responsible in putting of integrated annual plan to accommodate the wishes of the student and correspond with their interest and hobbies and refining their skills in the areas of cultural, social and athletic activities coincides with their studies, and responsible towards the students in two major areas:
- Student Activities includes:
- Artistic and cultural activities: lectures, seminars, exhibitions, courses, competitions, activities in journalism and media.
- Social activities: visits, short and long trips such as trip in blood donation centers and participate in social weeks awareness of smoking and danger of drugs.
- Athletic activities: competitions in various sports, athletic festival for both young and adults.
- Training activities: courses in multiple areas reciting Qur'an and Hadith, computer in Arabic and English language, calligraphy and poetry.
- Participation of the World Health: smoking, obesity and etc.
- Develop of creative skills innovation, designing software.
- Clubs: poetry club, science club and scout club.
- Student Services includes:
- Nutrition and low cost meals in restaurant, canteen, faculty and respond with student suggestion concerning food quality.
