King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) is pleased to announce the "Researchers Grants Program in the areas of advanced Technologies designed for the National Plan for Science & Technology and Creativity for University Professors & Saudi Research Centers" as KACST offers yearly grants to Saudi Nationals; PhD holders in the universities and  Saudi research centers.  In this context, the nominated researchers will stay from 8 -12 weeks in an international scientific research center Advanced in strategic technologies within the frame of the National Plan for Science and Technology.

This program is to fulfill the mission that KACST aims; is to boost the Scientific Research in the Kingdom, to attain the objectives of the National Plan designed for Science and Technology and to provide the opportunity to the university professors in the field of research and the Saudi research centers to gain greater knowledge and guidance by conducting a joint research in these centers within the areas of advanced technologies.

Kindly provide the necessary documents by considering the following items stated below:

1. The subject of the research proposal to be within the frame of Strategic Technologies conforming to the National Plan for Science and Technology
2. The research proposal should be prepared in compliance to the attached documents along with the agreement arranged with the other party where the research study has to be conducted
3. The deadline for submission of applications on Wednesday 19/Jumada1/1433 conforming on 11/April/2012
