King Abdullah International Medical Research Center is pleased to announce commencement of the registration for Clinical Research Coordinator Training Program.

Course objectives:

• Prepare the applicant for coordinating clinical trials
• Provide the necessary skills to discuss and analyze related issues, such as content, confidentiality, patients' rights and other
• Address major loopholes in clinical trials via global standard qualified personnel capable of helping researchers
• Provide the necessary skills to deal with the public
• Educate on the core administrative and clinical capabilities to conduct clinical research

Admission Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from a Saudi University or an accredited University in Health Sciences or other Applied Sciences
• GPA ≥ 3.5 out of 5
• Passing English Exam
• Passing the personal interview
• A written approval letter from the employer if the applicant is an employee (full time is not required)
• Three recommendation letters
• Fill the application form
• An updated CV with a copy of the diploma & transcript.

Registration:

From now until Wednesday 28th March 2012 (05th Jumada’I 1433H)

Course Duration:

• The course will be conducted over two semesters followed by a month of practical training in King Abdulaziz Medical City
• The program is scheduled every first three days of the month and the four Thursdays of the month
• The module examination will be the last Thursday of the month

Start date:

The course will start on Saturday 15th September 2012 (28th Shawwal 1433H)
