Clinical research has become an essential step to enhance knowledge regarding human health. However the medical researches have been misused many times in the history. Many philosophers, theologians and politicians tried to formulate guidelines to prevent any kind of bad consequences of any research, or to resolve all ethical dilemmas. These guidelines developed later to form what is known: Research Ethics.
Medical Research Ethics can be divided into two main parts; firstly the ethical values and principles of any medical research; and secondly the mechanism of applying those ethical values using a practical method.
