• Raise awareness for conscious sedation for non-anesthesiologist
• Certify non-anesthesiologist after passing the proposed exam
• Improve understanding and practice of conscious sedation in our hospital
• Set up a standard practice of conscious sedation within the hospital
• Understand pharmacotherapy of sedatives and analgesics
• Ensure safe practice of conscious sedation
