King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences is active in organizing a series of symposia and conferences on issues and topics of importance to medical and health professionals. The programs of these functions and events usually include training sessions and workshops with continuing medical education hours approved by Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.KSAU-HS usually host ten conferences and symposia each academic year with total attendance exceeding six thousand representing professionals from various medical and health care sectors. Almost 40% of the participant and presenters in these event and functions tend to be from well-known and prestigious universities and medical institutions outside Saudi Arabia.
