On behalf of the Deanship of Development, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to each member of our community – from our dedicated faculty and staff to our talented students and esteemed alumni. It is through your unwavering commitment and passion that we have achieved remarkable milestones and built a strong foundation for growth.​

In today's rapidly evolving world, it is imperative for us to adapt and innovate to stay ahead of the curve. The primary focus of the Deanship of Development is to foster a culture of continuous improvement and to create opportunities that empower our university to reach new heights of excellence. With this, we will explore untapped potential, embrace emerging technologies, and forge strategic partnerships that will shape the future of our organization.

One of the responsibilities of the Deanship of Development is the University Strategic Plan. It is a roadmap for the university's future development and helps guide decision-making and resource allocation. It enables the university to adapt to changing circumstances, capitalize on opportunities, and fulfill its mission effectively. This is achieved only by the power of collaboration. By fostering interdisciplinary initiatives and promoting cross-functional partnerships, we will unlock new opportunities for innovation and address challenges. Together, we can leverage our collective expertise to make a positive impact on society and drive sustainable development in our communities.

Moreover, the Deanship helps in the University's Bylaws, Policies and Procedures, and the overall governance. Together they provide the structure, rules, and principles that guide an organization's operations and ensure it operates in a responsible and effective manner. They help establish clear roles and responsibilities, promote transparency and accountability, and support the organization in achieving its mission and goals.
