 Dr. Mobarak Al Qahtani

Assistant Professor
Dr. Mobarak Al Qahtani is an accomplished Assistant Professor at the Respiratory Therapy Department, College of Applied Medical Sciences, King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS). A distinguished alumnus of KSAU-HS, Dr. Al Qahtani's career is marked by a harmonious blend of clinical expertise and academic excellence. 

Following his graduation from KSAU-HS, Dr. Al Qahtani honed his clinical acumen as a Respiratory Therapy Specialist at King Abdul-Aziz Medical City. He then embarked on an ambitious academic journey, earning a Master's degree in Health Sciences with a specialization in Respiratory Care from Georgia State University in the USA, where he graduated with the highest distinction, a GPA of 4.0. His thirst for knowledge led him to pursue a PhD in Cardiovascular Sciences from the prestigious University of Birmingham in the UK.

In addition, Dr. Al Qahtani is a licensed respiratory therapy specialist from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. He is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the American Thoracic Society, the British and Irish Hypertension Society, and the Gulf Society of Critical Care. This commitment to professional engagement reflects his dedication to staying at the forefront of his field and contributing to the broader respiratory care community.
