Assistant Professor
Dr. Mona Al Dubayan is an Assistant Professor in the Clinical Nutrition Department at the College of Applied Medical Sciences, King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences. Having earned her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition from King Saud University, Dr. Al Dubayan pursued postgraduate studies at prestigious institutions. She holds a Master's degree in Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University in the United States and a Ph.D. in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Dr. Al Dubayan's doctoral research focused on developing personalized dietary strategies for the management of obesity and related conditions.
