Account Unlock and Password Reset portal
Once you Visit KSAU-HS User Account Self Services You can select:
Change/update Password
1. In the Self Service page, Enter “KSAU-HS" USERNAME and PASSWORD
2. Select the “KSAUHS" Domain from the drop-down menu.
3-Select change password fill the field and click change password
Forget your password
1. In the Self Service page, Enter “KSAU-HS" USERNAME
2. Select “KSAUHS" Domain from the drop-down menu.
3. Type the Captcha and continue
4. Select your mobile number to get a verification code via SMS
5- Enter the code and Type the characters you see in the picture and continue to Reset Password.
Account Locked Out
1. In the Self Service page, Enter “KSAU-HS" USERNAME
2. Select the “KSAUHS" Domain from the drop-down menu.
3. Type the Captcha and continue
4. Select your mobile number to get a verification code via SMS
5- Enter the code and Type the characters you see in the picture and continue to Unlock Account.
Once joining KSAU-HS access is granted.
