 Ms. Sara Al Suwais

Teaching Assistant
Ms. Sara Al Suwais is a dedicated Teaching Assistant significantly contributing to the Emergency Medical Services Department at the College of Applied Medical Sciences, King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences. A distinguished alumna of the same institution, her Bachelor's degree in Emergency Medical Services provided a robust foundation for her flourishing career. She honed her clinical expertise through valuable internships at esteemed healthcare institutions in Riyadh.

Driven by an unwavering commitment to advancing pediatric emergency care, Ms. Al Suwais earned a Master's degree in Advanced Pediatrics from the prestigious King's College London, United Kingdom. Her master's thesis explored the impact of COVID-19 on pediatric respiratory retrievals, offering crucial insights for optimizing care during a global crisis.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Medicine at the University of Manchester in the UK, Ms. Al Suwais is at the forefront of groundbreaking research aimed at enhancing the pre-hospital diagnosis of pediatric traumatic brain injury. Her work has the potential to transform emergency care for children, and she has already made significant contributions to the field through publications and presentations at national and international conferences.
