Faculty Development Program

​​​​​​​​​​​​​Faculty Development Unit focusing on offering programs that serves three main areas, Teaching Excellence, Community Services and Research.​​

Faculty Development Program Responsibilities

​Provide professional development opportunities through workshops, courses, and customized in-house training programs to enhance the academic skills of teaching staff.

Recognize and promote creativity and effective teaching practices.

Plan orientation sessions for new coordinators to discuss their roles, responsibilities, and duties.

Recommend revisions to the annual faculty performance evaluation process to improve faculty performance through planning, development, and evaluation.

Assist teaching staff in the implementation and delivery of the curriculum.

Address matters related to faculty welfare and professional growth.
