Information Technology Services provides secure, reliable, and integrated technology solutions in alignment with academic and administrative goals, while delivering excellence in our services.

In support of this mission, we will:

Partner with the University community to understand the information technology needs of faculty, staff, and students by providing info graphics, web applications and CAMS-J website.
Provide leadership and planning for the effective and strategic use of emerging technologies.
Demonstrate technical and operational excellence through a commitment to professionalism and continuous improvement.

Vision:

CAMS-J Information Technology Department services will be recognized as a high performance team providing technology excellence in Web Applications that aim for a whole paperless circumference and Daily operations that advances learning, teaching, research, and student formation in alignment with College of applied medical sciences mission and goals.

I.T. Resources and Support:

1.      Provide Technical Support and access to the following platforms and apps: KSAU-HS email, blackboard and Microsoft Office.

2.      Provide Technical Support for venues and offices.

3.      Staff requests (PC request, KSAU-HS account request, relocation request, release request and directory info request).
