Mr. Mohammed Al Sanad is currently working as a teaching assistant in the Anesthesia Technology department at KSAUHS, Jeddah. Mr. Al Sanad was awarded a bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from KSAUHS, Riyadh. He completed his master’s degree at Cardiff University in 2020. He is interested in critical and perioperative care to improve patient safety and the quality of care delivered to the patients in KSA.

Research Interests / Collaborations

​Mr. Mohammed Al Sanad’s research interests focus on improving perioperative care especially reducing postoperative pulmonary complications since they are the most frequently observed complications and have significant clinical and economic impact. He is also interested in learning methods such as Problem-Based Learning.​
