Student Affairs Officer acts as an organizer of academic and administrative activities. Provides the necessary information and resources to the students to facilitate completion of their academic requirements. Conducts inquiries with students in matters arising from complaints.
Maintains electronic database and filing system. Supervises routine queries and refers those that are appropriate to the person as required. Assists students regarding inquiries and academic problems.
