The IT Services Department is responsible for managing various technological components to provide an optimal environment, services, and support to all students, faculty, and staff at the College of Science and Health Profession. The department's primary objective is to achieve the mission and vision of King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, in line with the Vision 2030 initiative. The IT Services Department is staffed by highly qualified and experienced professionals who are dedicat​ed to supporting the College in achieving its academic and practical goals.​

The IT Services Department provides technical support and troubleshooting for software applications, programs, and online tools. Staff members can receive dedicated technical support to assist with any software-related questions or challenges. Additionally, the department develops software processes to create custom applications that meet specific business needs. The department also provides hardware installation, maintenance, and repair services, including computer installation, projector and speaker setup, PC internal device installation, scanner and printer installation, and more. Finally, the department is responsible for designing and developing the college's website, ensuring that all users' educational technology, system, information, and data needs are met.​
