Under the patronage of His Excellency Professor Bandar bin Abdulmohsen Al-Knawy, and in the presence of Professor Faiz Al-Hajaili, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies, and Professor Hanan Al-Qadri, Dean of the College, along with a distinguished group of university leaders, college deans, and several prominent associations in the fields of public health and health informatics (Wa3i Association, the Saudi Scientific Association for Public Health, and the Saudi Scientific Association for Health Informatics), the Office of Research at the College of Public Health and Health Informatics held the Eighth Annual Research Day today, Wednesday, May 15.
During this event, a select group of students presented their research in the form of posters and oral presentations. The event also featured a guest lecture by Yaqoub Al-Masra, a distinguished graduate of the Health Informatics program, who spoke about his experience in the master's program and the impact of research activities on his professional journey. The celebration of this annual day underscores the university's and college's commitment to supporting students in exchanging academic and professional experiences and promoting scientific research and innovation in the health field. The research posters and oral presentations were evaluated by a distinguished panel of researchers and academics from both the university, King Abdullah International Research Center, and the National Guard Hospital.
