Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain student academic management systems: SAMS/SIS, admission & course registration, graduation lists etc.
Assist with curriculum implementation and execution: maintain updated files of program study plans, class schedules, course configurations and examination schedules.
Coordinate class & examination schedules, course configurations, etc. (initiate & maintain exam schedules & invigilators etc.)
Maintain grades management & posting
Monitor student academic progress: counseling & warning notifications, academic pathways etc.
Verify student transcripts
Collate/disseminate statistics such as CGPA reports, graduate lists, student status, faculty teaching load etc.
Address concerns raised by students and/or faculty and seek resolution to the issues.
Process faculty claims for joint-appointed faculty
Special projects: work requested by higher administration, University Educational Affairs, Deanship of Quality etc.
