The HPEB program has equipped her with the necessary skills to address public health challenges on local, national, and global scales. This includes a comprehensive understanding of the impact of interventions, social contexts, healthcare systems, and physical environments on health behaviors and overall health status, with a particular focus on disadvantaged populations.

Her research interests are centered in the field of public health nutrition and promotion, with a keen focus on critical areas such as food insecurity, enabling breastfeeding, and infant and young child feeding. One such study involved conducting qualitative research within a refugee community, shedding light on their food status and resilience in resettlement countries. Driven by a profound passion for contributing to the improvement of public health, she is dedicated to bridging the gap between research and practical solutions. Her commitment extends to addressing the unique challenges faced by vulnerable communities, ensuring that her work has a meaningful impact on public health outcomes.
