Poster Presentation Guidelines
Posters will be in the format of PowerPoint short recording:
Title slide. One slide showing background/research question. One slide showing methods. 1-2 slides showing results. One slide Conclusions. Time allowed 3-5 min.
Guidline to record voice over PowerPoint:
1. Open PowerPoint file.
2. Click the Slide Show tab.
3. From Set Up area, click Record Slide Show and then Select Record from Current Slide or Record from Beginning depending on your needs.
4. Click Record to start recording on the slide. To move to the next slide click on the right arrow.

5. Press [Escape] or the ‘X’ button located in the top right of the screen when you finish from the recording.
6. Save the video by first clicking File > Save As > Browse to pick the location of the file > From “Save as type” list select (MPEG-4 Video to save it as video) or (PowerPoint Presentation to save it as a regular Powerpoint file) .
