Delivery of Education
University Faculty
Faculty are expected to assume a responsibility to pursue teaching and scholarly activities which necessitate free inquiry, intellectual honesty, free expression, respect for the dignity and rights of others, and openness to change. Faculty rights and responsibilities practiced within the University must be compatible with these characteristics. These are also extended to its teaching, research, and community service and involve both the faculty and students. University Faculty are expected to provide students with same principles that they claim for themselves, namely, the freedom to consider conflicting views and to make their own evaluations of data, evidence, and doctrines. Moreover, University Faculty has a responsibility to maintain an atmosphere conducive to intellectual inquiry and rationale.

KSAU-HS Deanships
1. Deanship of Postgraduate Education: The vision of Deanship of Postgraduate Education is to create a culture of academic excellence to stimulate professional growth and achieve a leading role in graduate studies at the local and regional levels. The Deanship's mission is to provide a high-quality learning environment and continuously provide excellence in education with up-to-date information and research by enriching healthcare professionals' experiences to promote the healthcare of KSA society. Moreover, providing a distinguished educational environment in Medical Education for Postgraduate Residency and Subspecialty Programs, Master Programs, Allied Health Training, and Continuous Professional Development by transferring specialized expertise in health care and clinical skills by providing educational programs and events according to the latest sciences and technologies to achieve efficiency for healthcare providers and support professionals and increase community knowledge. Moreover, Deanship of Postgraduate Education provides its service throughout the three KSAU-HS Campuses and MNGHA Medical Cities and Hospitals. Additionally, the Deanship of Postgraduate Education delivers its services through Medical Education, Master Programs, Allied Health Training, Visiting Professor, Postgraduate Training Center, Advanced Trauma Life Support Office, Symposia and Conferences Division, Quality assurance, Health Sciences Library, and Media Services.
2. Deanship of Admission and Registration: The Deanship aims to improve the mechanisms of admission, registration and optimum utilization of the University’s capacity as well as easily provide services for students via modern technologies.
3. Deanship of Student Affairs: The Deanship is concerned with students outside the classroom, seeking to provide services and activities to support student to successes academically and personally, Deanship aims to contribute in the enhancement of moral, educational and behavioral abilities of students and to involve students in social and community voluntarily activities.

4. Deanship of Quality Management: The Deanship’s mission is to disseminate and enhance the culture of quality among the University community through an efficient quality assurance system, provide effective support for continuous improvement in quality through contribution in evaluating the University units’ performance in teaching/learning.
5. Deanship of Development: The deanship is in charge of managing all activities related to strategic planning and execution at the University-level, as well as coordinating colleges’, deanships’, and other relevant units’ strategic planning and alignment to support the execution of the University strategic plan, in addition to managing Academic Bylaws and APPs, University Annual Reports, Organizational Governance, as well as performance management relevant to national and international university ranking systems.
