The " Doctor of Dental Medicine; program consists of six academic years with a total of 211 credit hours in a curriculum plan and a one-year internship, divided as follows:

The College adopted (with modifications) the Clinical Nutrition program of The University of Oklahoma in the USA. This program aims to enhance knowledge of the biochemical principles of human nutrition in relation to health, disease, and disease prevention. The goal of the program is to educate dietetic professionals in the application and interpretation of nutrition science, preparing them for careers as dietitians in various healthcare settings. Additionally, the program aims to provide graduates with a deep understanding of Clinical Nutrition through evidence-based knowledge and intellectual skills, encouraging them to become independent advanced practitioners and researchers. The Bachelor of Clinical Nutrition program is a four-year program followed by a one-year internship, where students gain clinical training in hospitals specializing in clinical nutrition. The period of study for the Bachelor of Clinical Nutrition program is four years followed by a one year of internship which student will receive demanding training in one of the units of clinical nutrition in the hospitals. Students in the program receive coursework in nutritional biochemistry, nutritional assessment, medical ethics, and medical nutrition therapy and community nutrition. Working under the guidance of a faculty mentor, each student completes a research project, collects and analyzes data, and presents the results in both written and oral formats.
