H.E Dr. Bandar bin Abdulmohsen Al Knawy the Executive Director of the National Guard Health Affairs, President of the university signed with H.E the Executive Director of the National Center for Academic Evaluation and Accreditation. Dr. Ahmed Bin Yahya Al-Jubaili, the program accreditation projects agreement for the medical and surgical program, which is presented in both the College of Medicine in Riyadh and College of Medicine in Jeddah, as well as the Bachelor of Nursing program, which is provided in the nursing colleges in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al-Ahsa. The inauguration of the university for self-study projects is an extension of its academic accreditation in May 2017. HE Dr. Bandar said that the agreement is a continuation of the university's scientific status and the culmination of qualitative transformations. It sought to evaluate its academic programs to provide outstanding outputs in various medical specialties. Moreover, H.E stressed that the university has developed a vision to reach the global leadership in health education with excellence in scientific research, patient care, and community service.
Moreover, The Vice President for Development and Quality Assurance Dr. Mohammed bin Saad Al-Maamari said that the university will do its best to develop its academic programs in a highly professional manner to reach the output power that is in line with the KSAU-HS 2021 plan which aims to make all the university's academic programs accredited in order to achieve the University's mission to provide high quality services in health education, health research, and community service to promote health at our country.
