Moreover, the King Abdullah International Medical Research Center (KAIMRC) serves as a focal point supporting research in the University, facilitating the advancement of biomedical and clinical research, and knowledge into practical solutions to support community health.

Student Research Board 
KSAU-HS has established the Student Research Board, to spread the culture of scientific research among University students by training them in basic skills in preparing scientific research proposals, choosing between the appropriate scientific curricula and the subsequent collection and analysis of data, research writing and presenting it in conferences,  symposia, scientific journals and publishing in Peer-Review Journals. 

The University Student Research Board (USRB) is committed to supporting students in their research endeavors through the following:

Actively encouraging students to explore their interests and conduct meaningful research

Provide a platform for presentations, discussions, and celebrating achievements

Showcase exceptional student projects and recommend them to regional, national, and international events

Highlight and acknowledge student research success through a comprehensive database

The USRB is dedicated to empowering students in their research journey and maximizing their research potential.


•​​ Know and understand the ethical aspects of scientific research, especially in the fields of medicine and health sciences

• Have the ability to formulate a scientific question that is suitable for study and creating surveys.

• Research sources and references for literature review related to the subject of the research

• Write a research proposal

• Understand the appropriate methods and tools to conduct scientific studies

• Create a sample selection

• Collect and enter scientific study data

• Have basic skills in statistical analysis programs such as SPSS

• Conduct descriptive statistical analysis

• Interpret the results of statistical analysis

• Improve presentation skills and provide scientific studies results in an interesting yet scientific way
