The Administrative Affairs Department- Female Section

The Administrative Affairs is responsible for providing the department with material, assets and financial resources in compliance with the University regulations. It is also responsible for the optimal utilization of material and financial resources to ensure if funds are spent and received in accordance to the current rules and regulations. Further, the Administrative Affairs is responsible for developing the budget in light of the Vice Presidency-Female Affairs strategic plan, as well as executing its budget estimate in full compliance with relevant provisions, and in a manner that supports financial sustainability.

​Setting the priorities of the needs ​​of the departments by developing and monitoring their budgets.

​Assisting in developing and managing budgets and forecasts.

​Monitoring and controlling expense according to the allotted budget.

​Supervising the hiring, training, promotions, and performance of staff.
