The Department of University Relations in the female campus reporting to the Vice President of Female Affairs. The department aims to promote good communication and institute new ways of setting up a two-way flow of information and understanding. Also, it provides public relations services to the female campus; such as:

​​	​Organizing KSAU-HS female major events such as graduation ceremonies, conferences... etc.
​	​Collaborating with and coordinating the University's Relations and Media.
​	​Establishing and maintaining contacts with the mass media.
​	​Tracking and evaluating media coverage.
​	​Guest reception activities (conducting tour inside/outside the University, preparing souvenirs...).
​	​Promoting a good working environment for female campuses.
​	​Providing Services to other departments in female campuses such as (photographic services, providing souvenirs items, and etc.).
​	​Building an​d managing relationships with other companies within the policy and procedures of the university.
