• Publishing or circulating any material that promotes discrimination, racism, incitement, or content that undermines cultural values or social norms within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Manipulating, falsifying, or misrepresenting data sources, or attributing content to the university in an inaccurate or misleading way.

II. Responsibility for Submitted Information and Uploaded Content

Users acknowledge that uploading files, submitting data, or utilizing submission and download services on the portal is done entirely at their own risk and discretion. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to:

• Awareness of potential cybersecurity risks associated with sharing or downloading content.
• Bearing the consequences of any technical failures, data loss (personal or academic), or malfunctions that may affect personal devices as a result of such activities.

By using the university’s digital platforms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to comply with this policy. You further understand that any violations may result in appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and university regulations.
